Dr. Jocelyn A. Limosinero's unwavering service, partnered with dedication and resiliency to Malagasang II Elementary School, is commendable and has brought prestige to the school.

She is a leader who is after learners' holistic learning and development. Through her leadership, the school was awarded as Best Performing School in the Gintong Parangal 2021. Her innovative programs served as tools for attaining the school's goal as stipulated in the school's BE-LCP - "No Filipino learner left behind," and quality basic education continues.

 

Her Project M2ES ensures that quality basic education is accessible to all learners. The project significantly impacted the learners and the community, as shown in the marked increase, from 20% to 80%, in beneficiaries' participation from parents.

 

Dr. Limosinero also served as Resource Speaker at the International Conference on School Nutrition by UNESCO and World Food Programme to share the school's best practices.
