Mathematics Trainers Guild (MTG)
Mathematics Association of the Philippines also known as MTAP is a Saturday Mathematics Class conducted for 6 Saturdays to enhance learners’ computational skills and critical thinking in problem solving.
Through this program we were able to identify Math wizards who enrolled themselves in Mathematics Trainers Guild (MTG).
This 2019, we again discovered three more Math wizards. Both came home with meritous award. Lheijin Dacumos will also compete in Singapore for the 2nd International Math Open for Young Achievers (IMOYA) 2019.
The achievements of our M2ESians were made possible thru the school’s MTAP program and with the great help from the City of Imus thru the leadership of Mayor Emmanuel M. Maliksi.
Recognition in Imus City for Math Wizard John Zedrick De Sagun and Allen Pomida
John Zedrick De Sagun who competed in Taiwan for Asia International Mathematics Olympiad (AIMO).
Allen Pomida in Xian China for 3d Pan-Asia Pacific International Mathematics Invitation Competition.
Sarah Elizabeth Marfil who competed in China Primary Mathematics Olympiad held in Zhiejang China last July 2018. She was able to win a gold medal for group contest and bronze medal for individual contest. She was also recognized by the City of Imus, Department of Education, and Department of Science and Technology for her achievement in the international contest.
