Project SLAC

(School Learning Action Cell)

          As stated in DepEd Order No. 35, s.2016, Learning Action Cell (LAC) is a session conducted by group of teachers who engages in collaborative learning sessions to solve shared challenges encountered in school.

          Malagasang II Elementary School ensures its teachers’ Continuing Professional Developmnet (CPD) within the framework of School Based Management (SBM) and embodied in the School Improvement Plans (SIP) through Project SLAC with the following objectives:

  1. Improve the teaching-learning process that will lead to improved learning among students;

  2. Nurture successful teachers;

  3. Enable teachers to support each other to continuously improve their content and pedagogical knowledge, practice, skills, and attitudes;

  4. Foster a professional collaborative spirit among school heads, teachers, and the community as a whole.
