Umandap Julie Ann Ramos Early Registration ensures that all school-aged children and even the out-of-school youth (OSY) are in school with the end-goal of completing their basic education. Particularly, incoming Kinder and Grade 1 students must be registered to guarantee the enrollment of 5 to 6 years old. Early Registration keeps an estimate of the incoming number of students per school year, which serves as basis for preparations to address potential gaps that may arise even before the regular enrollment in June. To ensure that all 5 year-old children are enrolled in Kindergarten. To locate, identify, and enroll out-of-school children and youth who are in remote geographically isolated areas or difficult circumstances. It aims to register and locate the following learners with special conditions: Lived in a far-flung community or a barangay without a school Displaced due to natural disaster Lived in an area that has seen armed conflict area on a high level of criminality and drug abuse Lived with a disability Had nutritional problems or a chronic illness Victim of child abuse or economic exploitation Stateless or undocumented In conflict with the law Lived on the streets Out of school Less dropout rate Early Registration for S.Y. 2019 – 2020 last January 26, 2019

Her innovative programs served as tools for attaining the school's goal as stipulated in the school's BE-LCP - "No Filipino learner left behind," and quality basic education continues. Her Project M2ES ensures that quality basic education is accessible to all learner s. The project significantly impacted the learners and the community, as shown in the marked increase, from 20% to 80%, in beneficiaries' participation from parents.
